The Next-Gen Durable Water Repellent

EXPRO DWR can be used on all wettable material, meaning all materials that can absorb water or get wet. This includes virtually all textile materials such as cotton, polyester, leather and suede, among others.

It performs exceptionally well on textiles such as polyester, cotton and blends.

It works on all types of textiles, such as shoes and garments. Great for everything from your favorite shoes to baby strollers, hats, convertible roofs, outdoor chair cushions, tents, everyday clothes, technical fabrics, textiles – you name it.

The longevity of EXPRO DWR’s effectiveness depends on wear and tear, use and weather conditions. A general rule of thumb for re-applying is once a month for garments and shoes, more often with frequent use.

EXPRO DWR doesn’t leave any marks or stains. Any excess liquid can easily be wiped off.

Already hydrophobic/non-wettable surfaces, can leave stains after a drying period, but can be wiped off.

The most important thing is that the liquid wets on the target surface, but no surfaces behave in the same way. The product can be applied with pump spray, air pressure spray or steam with good results.

For best results, apply a thin layer to the surface and let it dry for approximately 24 hours. Post-heating is good and reactivates or strengthens the hydrophobia on all materials.

Preheating the material is also good, but not necessary. Reheating is the best method for maximum function, hydrophobing and service life.

The waterproofer works immediately but full effect is achieved after 24 hours of drying.

The waterproofness/water column after waterproofing with EXPRO DWR has not yet been tested, however tests are under way.
