EXPRO HUB Support

• Place your EXPRO HUB in the designated location in the store.

• Connect the power cable to an electrical outlet and wait for the display to start.

• Stabilize the unit by adjusting the front leveling feet.

Connect the container with protection fluid

• Open the service hatch (the lower section on the front of the unit).

• Connect the unit’s nozzle to the container with protection fluid.

• Connect the drain hose to the empty container.

• Close the service hatch.

• Run three optional programs to pump fluid through the machine.

EXPRO HUB is now ready to use!

1. Press “Select Treatment” on the display.
2. Place the shoes in the EXPRO HUB according to the markings.
3. Close the door and press “Next.”
4. Select the desired program and press “Start.”
5. Remove the shoes when the display indicates “Finished.”
6. Wipe off any excess liquid from the shoes with a cloth.
7. Wipe the inside of the EXPRO HUB after each treatment.

• EXPRO HUB requires minimal maintenance and has a self-cleaning nozzle. If necessary, clean using lukewarm water.
• The unit must always be connected to power and network to enable ongoing system updates.
• When the fluid level is low, an indication will appear on the display and new fluid will be ordered automatically.

The machine requires minimal maintenance (see the User Manual for full instructions). If needed, wipe the surfaces using lukewarm or warm water.

Place the shoes according to the markings on the plate inside the machine.

Treatment time varies depending on the shoe material to ensure optimal protection for each material.

The EXPRO formulation works on all materials. When selecting a treatment, choose the shoe’s dominant material for the best results.

If possible, wash the cloth according to the care instructions to extend its lifespan. When a replacement is needed, please fill in the support form below and we will send you new ones.

EXPRO HUB has an automated liquid refill process. When the level is low, a signal is sent to support and a new container will be shipped before the current one runs out. If you need an extra container, please fill in the support form below.

No action is required. EXPRO HUB works offline. Once it is reconnects, treatment data will sync automatically. If the message remains for an extended period and we have not contacted you, please fill in the support form below.
